all projectsThis was the second event for pladis Marketing Academy that mcm have supported on. A four-day event, held at the Science Museum in London, engaging a global audience of attendees from within the various pladis marketing teams. The days were filled with interactive content, inspiring speaker sessions and ample number of opportunities to develop their learnings. The evenings were full of fun, with attendees engaging in networking dinners and experiencing a bespoke pladis pub quiz team building night, which got a little competitive!
the challenge
pladis came to us for support with launch of their Marketing Academy, with an aim of running an event every quarter. After the first successful event was delivered, the challenge was how we learnt and developed from that, to continue to evolve and make the next event even better. We took the key learnings and delegate feedback into consideration during the early planning stages of the second event, and kept growth and innovation at the forefront of our minds.
the result
Creating an agenda that allowed for more networking opportunities and engaging activities created a fun environment with plenty of learning and knowledge sharing opportunities. Post event delegate feedback confirms that the guests found this the most valuable and enjoyable part of the event, and they feel they have gone away with new learnings and contacts which created an invaluable experience.
