She’s a Golden Retriever mum to Arlo (our unofficial Head of Morale), a Peak District roamer, self-confessed car nerd, and unapologetic blazer obsessive. She might live the countryside dream, but she thrives in the fast lane by rallying teams, dodging problems, and sweating the details so others don’t have to.
